    烘焙不归路之香橙小炸弹

    买了烤箱和一系列的装备,就停不下来了
    想一股脑做好多好多甜点,看了又看,发现西点的步骤真是复杂
    找个稍微简单点的,开始动手,又购置了一堆黄油面粉芝士,我的增肥大计指日可待,阿门。。

    低粉100克、黄油125克、泡打粉4克、鸡蛋两个、糖70-80克、鲜橙或者柠檬半个,我家只有橘子,反正都是亲戚味道也差不多

     

    与饼干一样,先打发黄油和糖再加鸡蛋进去,打。。。不过我用了冰过的鸡蛋,最好是常温的,原因我也不知道为什么。。

    烤箱底层20分钟,第一炉火候大了,结果糊底。。用上面的灯烤就可以了,第二炉成功~

    樱桃小纸杯的比较有卖相。。。
